Jennifer Moore

Account Director

Jennifer Moore is a social impact executive with experience in leading multi-faceted partnerships that drive measurable social change. She helped form and currently serves as Executive Director of The Mental Health Coalition, an organization dedicated to destigmatising mental illness and empowering access to care.

Previously, she served as Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Kenneth Cole Productions (KCP), where she managed teams, budgets and the strategy creation of several high-impact initiatives including a CSR program focused on supply chain transparency, human rights and operational sustainability. Her work resulted in an increase of fundraising and donations by more than 300%, and the establishment of the Kenneth Cole Haiti Health Center in Port-au-Prince.

She has led multi-faceted partnerships with the Human Rights Campaign, The UN Foundation, Rock the Vote, Democracy Works, UNAIDS, The Sundance Institute Help USA and amfAR, amongst many others.

In her previous role with Weber Shandwick Worldwide, Jennifer led media relations, strategy development, and the creation of thought leadership platforms for multinational corporations’ foundations and their senior leadership. Her notable work includes a multi-award-winning campaign for MAC Cosmetics' MAC AIDS Fund by developing a triple-track campaign that utilized media outreach, a global perception audit of HIV/AIDS and a global event series with experts, influencers and celebrity brand ambassadors.

 

Jennifer has developed messaging, speeches, programs, and training materials as well as marketing for senior leadership including Mr. Kenneth Cole. An expert at identifying the right medium to communicate the right message, Jennifer knows how to craft effective communication programs that reach targeted audiences with a rolodex of relevant media and speaking platforms.


Jennifer recently received the Macy’s Community Star Award at the 17th Annual “Women of Valor” Awards Tea. She is a member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there. Outside of work, Jennifer is a lifelong Girl Scout and currently leads a Girl Scout Troop.
